A year ago, I was asked to write an article for the Canadian Magazine Jewellery Business. “Centuries of Chinese Silver” appeared in their February 2007 edition. We have created a version of the article in the PictureBook section of the site to make it easier for readers to reference it.

Hi,When the expression “made in China” is mentioned, the thought of “cheap” comes to mind.Unfortunately people often forgot about the millenar civilization that is China and its Art.And like China we have other countries such as Iraq, former Babilonia, the ancient Mesopotamia and other disapeared eastern countries and empires.This site is trully a great opportunity to revisit History through the talent of the mankind’s hands.Kind regards,José
